Job Responsibilities
- Manage the IT help desk, including support supervision, hardware/software asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Respond to employee and field executive technical inquiries promptly.
- Handle asset inventory (issue, return, tracking).
- Assist with hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Train field executives on internal mobile apps and software tools for data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to onboard and roll out new technologies.
- Send bulk WhatsApp messages and email notifications as needed.
- Maintain documentation and generate periodic performance/support reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- A bachelor's degree in Science/Maths background preferred (B.Sc/BCA/B.E.).
- Proven troubleshooting skills across diverse IT environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (calls, chats, email).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner of new tools/software.
- Experience with mobile app training and remote support is a plus.
